Illustrating the intent of ‘business with a cultural handshake’ and revealing the soul of our multicultural city-state, Spotlight Singapore has brought hundreds of Singaporeans closer to the peoples of the host cities through a series of programmes that conflate governmental ties, arts and culture, business and education.
Spotlight Singapore has ventured to Hong Kong (2006), Tokyo (2006), Moscow (2008), Cape Town (2010), Bratislava & Prague (2012) and Mexico City (2015).
The first five editions were managed by the former The Old Parliament House Limited (TOPH). The Spotlight Singapore brand was transferred to The RICE Company in 2014 and managed by Global Cultural Alliance from 2015.
